Easy Returns
Please understand that custom made products (customized products) may not be returned for credit. Non-custom products may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is in new, re-sellable condition. Such returns must have an accompanying an RGA number. To obtain an RGA number, please send us an email. Also, don't forget to include your order number, your contact information, and a brief description of the reason for return.
In the highly unlikely event of a wrong delivery or a manufacturing defect in the product, take advantage of our product return policy to return the product and in many cases, you will get a full refund.
1) Wrong delivery: If you’ve been delivered a wrong product by accident, or if the product that is shipped is out of your requirements, then we will refund 100% of your amount. Contact us without delay.
2) Manufacturing defect: If the product fails to match your requirements 100%, or is found to carry a manufacturing defect, then the product can be returned for replacement with another product.
3) Ordering mistakes: If a different product is ordered by mistake, while configuring your custom product, then we would replace it with the correct product. Note: All applicable labor cost will be charged. |
